Community is everything.

Thank you, God, for the gifts you gave me to share with the world. Thank you to my wife, who is my very best friend, and to my beloved, trusted counsel who have poured into me and helped me become. To the community that raised me up, dusted me off, wiped my tears, and pushed me when I didn’t think I could keep fighting the good fight, I love you.

These are only some of the beautiful memories held in my heart—moments I pray I’ll never forget. My village is as vast and beautiful as the sky.

I was featured on a panel conversation exploring the emotional and financial realities many professionals navigate in their work. Together, we discussed recognizing signs of overwhelm, building sustainable self-care practices, and challenging the stigma surrounding mental health—especially in professional spaces. The conversation emphasized the importance of removing the “professional mask” and creating judgment-free, community-centered spaces where people can show up honestly and seek support.
