AW DEI Consulting Inc. is a small business spearheaded by me, Adrian Williams, M.S. (he/him). Having started my career in higher education, I’ve witnessed and experienced firsthand the detrimental effects of toxic work environments—fueling my dedication to tackling systemic inequities and building spaces where people can truly thrive. AW DEI Consulting Inc. was born out of my passion for driving social change.

My mission and vision center on empowering organizations through comprehensive training and consultation, equipping them with both knowledge and practical tools to foster workplaces that are diverse, equitable, inclusive, person-centered, and psychologically safe. At the heart of this work is an unwavering commitment to valuing people.
